Product Details
PPS delivers excellent thermal stability, chemical stability and mechanical properties. Nevertheless, its low molecular weight makes it prone to disproportionation and cross-linking reactions.
As a raw material for the preparation of plating brighteners, PPS acts as a high-efficiency secondary brightener and leveler. Featuring high purity, it will not introduce harmful impurities or salts into the plating solution, ensures a long service life, and avoids defects related to ductility issues. It is normally used in combination with saccharin, one or more acetylene compounds, and wetting agents. This formula enables the formation of an extremely bright, smooth and ductile nickel plating layer, and is also applicable to scenarios with non-circulating electrolyte systems.
