Product Details
· Sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) is applicable to the synthesis of vitamin C phosphate esters. It retains the functional advantages of vitamin C and enhances its stability, effectively resisting oxidation triggered by light, heat and metal ions.
· It serves as a crosslinking agent for preparing cross-linked starch in industrial production. This process features high efficiency, environmental friendliness, high conversion rate and low production cost, which meets diverse processing requirements and endows finished products with excellent performance.
· Benefiting from its unique molecular structure, STPP acts as a high-performance inorganic surfactant.
· It possesses powerful chelating capacity, forming soluble complexes with calcium, magnesium, iron and other metal cations in water to achieve water softening.
· It has excellent colloidal dispersion properties: it can dissolve suspensions of slightly soluble compounds such as pigments, decompose dirt into fine particles and avoid their deposition on textile fibers. It facilitates emulsion formation and stabilizes solid particles; when compounded with detergents, it strengthens decontamination, and it can also improve the fluidity of viscous liquids.
· STPP functions as a pH buffer in hydrogen peroxide bleaching processes. Added to detergent formulations, it maintains the optimal pH range of cleaning solutions and eliminates adverse alkaline impacts in detergents containing light metal components.
· It is a core raw material for premium toothpaste as an abrasive agent. Medical studies confirm that among all phosphate ingredients, sodium tripolyphosphate delivers the optimal effect on preventing and improving dental caries.
